What is Stokvel Waya Waya?
The recurring buying and group-participation layer over Mela Shopper — built for pre-orders, buying cycles and coordinated participation.
Do I have to pay immediately after signing up?
No. You can sign up, explore catalogues and set up or join groups first. Paid Waya shopping functions activate when your participation is paid.
What do the service-credit packages cost?
3 months: E150 for 4 credits (3 paid + 1 free). 6 months: E300 for 8 credits (6 paid + 2 free). 12 months: E600 for 15 credits (12 paid + 3 free).
Can my existing stokvel or cooperative participate?
Yes. Existing groups can keep their identity and existing savings arrangements while using Waya coordination and buying tools.
Can retailers have their own Waya catalogues?
Yes. A buying cycle can include retailer- or loyalty-specific catalogues for qualifying users, alongside the general Waya catalogue.
Do I have to save through Waya?
No. Savings Waya Waya is a separate INNOVA programme and is not currently enabled in this Stokvel Waya Waya flow.
