FindMeSZ governs the underlying digital platform, technical infrastructure, account systems, payment environment and general data-handling framework.
Phumlile Nkambule retains the personal rights and responsibilities attached to the original ideas, writings, research, images, programmes, professional representations and public content published through this Founder Leadership Platform.
This Founder Leadership Platform is hosted on FindMeSZ infrastructure and remains subject to the general legal policies, privacy practices, security controls and platform terms published by FindMeSZ.
The writings, frameworks, research, methodologies, programme concepts, presentations, designs, photographs, recordings and other original bodies of work presented here remain protected and may not be reproduced, adapted, republished or commercially exploited without permission.
Information submitted through contact, collaboration, booking, purchase or payment functions may be processed through FindMeSZ systems and associated service providers for the purpose for which it was supplied.
Speaking bookings, event tickets, digital products, publications or other offerings may be sold through PayMe Hub or another approved checkout process. Transaction-specific terms, pricing, refund rules and fulfilment conditions will apply at the point of purchase.
Content relating to social work, mental health, entrepreneurship, policy, technology, governance or social protection is provided for education, reflection and public engagement. It does not replace individual legal, medical, financial, therapeutic or safeguarding advice.
Linked organisations, programmes, initiatives and third-party platforms operate under their own policies, governance arrangements and terms. A link or reference does not transfer responsibility for their content, services or conduct.
Permitted use
Visitors may share links to publicly available pages and may quote brief portions with clear attribution. Written permission is required for substantial reproduction, commercial use, adaptation, training materials, derivative products, republication, translation, recording, resale or use of protected frameworks and methodologies.

Initiatives, professional roles, availability, prices, programmes and published materials may develop over time. Reasonable care is taken when presenting information, but no guarantee is made that every page will always reflect the most recent operational position.

Speaking engagements, event tickets, publications, digital products, services or other paid offerings may be made available through PayMe Hub. The applicable price, scope, delivery terms, cancellation conditions, refund position and any event-specific rules should be reviewed before payment.
