A member gets a dedicated e-commerce store with direct payments to their account and can list qualifying products on Mela Shopper and supply Stokvel Waya Waya demand cycles.

Members access product development, branding, packaging, market-readiness, digital-commerce and digital-readiness support, plus the cooperative barcode and batch-management platform supporting the GS1 system.

Qualifying order financing is available through Savings Waya Waya and the INNOVA cooperative framework, subject to the applicable approved qualification and finance terms.

Ngiphatsise is Mela Africa’s hybrid movement network, connecting existing transport, logistics, runners and Pickup Zones to the movement of people and goods.

A Mela Pickup Zone is an approved network location where eligible goods can be collected or handed over under the service instructions shown for that movement.
