1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FindMeSZ, PayMe Hub, and Mela Africa ecosystem operated by Outer-Space Investments Pty Ltd.

By accessing or using our platforms, services, profile systems, checkout systems, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Participation

The platform operates as a governed participation ecosystem. Account registration does not automatically grant publishing, merchant, verification, or profile activation rights.

Certain features, listings, payment functions, or profile services may require additional review, verification, approval, or operational activation.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Using the platform lawfully and responsibly
• Ensuring information submitted is authorized and accurate

4. Profiles & Listings

Profile owners are responsible for the information, media, listings, products, services, and communications associated with their profiles.

We may review, reject, suspend, limit, or remove listings, profiles, or publishing rights where reasonably necessary.

5. Verification & Governance

FindMeSZ may conduct verification, support review, operational checks, or ownership validation processes relating to platform participation.

We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary for platform integrity, operational governance, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

6. Payments & Transactions

PayMe Hub supports payment coordination, checkout facilitation, and payment routing functionality.

Payments may occur externally through third-party payment providers, banks, telecommunications operators, mobile wallets, or related services.

7. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the platform for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Impersonation or false representation
• Distribution of harmful, abusive, or illegal material
• Unauthorized access attempts or security abuse
• Activities that threaten platform integrity or users

8. Suspensions & Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access to accounts, profiles, listings, payment features, or platform services where reasonably necessary.

This may include suspected fraud, abuse, impersonation, harmful activity, policy violations, or operational security concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

Platform branding, systems, designs, software, and protected materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Users remain responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights to content, media, listings, and materials submitted through the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

Certain platform functions may rely on third-party services, integrations, APIs, processors, communication providers, or external platforms.

Availability and functionality of such services may change without notice.

11. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain reliable platform operations, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Platform features, integrations, and operational functionality may evolve, change, or be discontinued over time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Platform services are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent reasonably permitted by applicable law, Outer-Space Investments Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect losses, interruptions, third-party failures, or operational disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, governance, or platform changes.
