The FindMeSZ and PayMe Hub ecosystem may support referral, partnership, promotional, or participation-based programs involving independent participants.

Partners, referral participants, and agents operate as independent participants unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation does not automatically create:

• Employment relationships
• Agency authority
• Partnership ownership rights
• Exclusive representation rights

4. Prohibited Conduct

Partners may not:

• Conduct fraudulent referrals
• Create fake activity or accounts
• Use deceptive marketing tactics
• Misrepresent platform services
• Impersonate platform representatives

5. Referral & Reward Governance

Referral structures, participation benefits, rewards, commissions, or incentives may be subject to:

• Verification procedures
• Operational review
• Eligibility requirements
• Fraud prevention checks
• Program adjustments

6. Program Changes

Partner programs, referral structures, participation requirements, and reward systems may evolve, change, pause, or discontinue over time.

7. Suspension & Removal

Participation may be suspended, restricted, or terminated where reasonably necessary for:

• Fraud prevention
• Operational governance
• Policy enforcement
• Protection of users and the platform
