Acceptable Use Policy
This policy outlines acceptable participation standards, prohibited activities, and platform integrity expectations across the FindMeSZ and PayMe Hub ecosystem.
This policy forms part of the FindMeSZ, PayMe Hub, and Mela Africa governance framework operated by Outer-Space Investments Pty Ltd.
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, profile owners, merchants, guest payers, partners, and participants using the FindMeSZ, PayMe Hub, and related platform services.
The platform operates as a governed participation ecosystem, and all users are expected to engage responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully.
2. Lawful Use
Users may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm the platform, its users, merchants, infrastructure, or operational integrity.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their activities, listings, transactions, communications, and submissions comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraudulent conduct or deception
- Impersonation or false representation
- Publishing misleading or unauthorized listings
- Distribution of illegal, abusive, or harmful material
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
- Unauthorized collection of user information
- Spam, unsolicited promotions, or platform abuse
- Activities intended to disrupt platform operations
4. Payment & Marketplace Abuse
Users may not:
- Submit false proof-of-payment records
- Use unauthorized payout destinations
- Misrepresent goods, services, or pricing
- Conduct deceptive transaction activity
- Attempt to manipulate routing or checkout systems
- Use the platform for unauthorized financial activity
5. Restricted Goods & Services
The platform may not be used for unlawful, prohibited, or harmful goods and services, including but not limited to:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Pornographic or exploitative material
- Fraudulent schemes or scams
- Counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Harmful or dangerous unlawful activities
6. Platform Security & Integrity
Users may not attempt to:
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Bypass security or verification measures
- Upload malicious code or harmful files
- Conduct automated abuse or scraping activity
- Interfere with platform infrastructure or services
Operational monitoring, logging, and security investigations may be conducted where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.
7. User Content & Listings
Users remain responsible for all content, listings, uploads, communications, and materials submitted through the platform.
We may review, restrict, suspend, remove, or reject content where reasonably necessary for:
- Policy enforcement
- Fraud prevention
- Operational governance
- User protection
- Legal compliance
8. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warnings or operational review
- Restriction of features or services
- Suspension of accounts or profiles
- Removal of listings or payment functionality
- Termination of platform access
- Referral to relevant authorities where required
9. Reporting Concerns
Users may report suspected abuse, fraud, impersonation, harmful behavior, or policy violations through official support and compliance communication channels.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, security, governance, or legal developments.
Updated versions will be published with revised version and effective date information.
